Walkable city

What is a walkable city?
It's a city where a person  does not require a motorized vehicle to go anywhere in the city.
Why is it required ?
 Transportation  becomes more  environmentally friendly as people can easily walk to near by places  and requirement of cars is negligible.
What is required for  walkibilty?
A city must have a proper footpath and bicycle path with a bicycle sharing service.
Cities must also have neighborhoud layout. A neighborhood layout is having various thing in a single zone. Big cities must have developed public transportation. Bicycling should  be promoted  for transportation.
